Until now I have been humming and harring over what genre to choose but after watching some Social Realism opening sequences in the lesson today, it's really highlighted that the genre is not suited to me and so I'm pretty sure I'm sticking with Horror.
I think the thing that I like more about Horror than Social Realism is how it seems to coax emotions from the audience so effectively and how you're never relaxed when watching the genre. I really want to have ago at trying to achieve this my self. Whether I'm successful...we'll see.
